In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R, the Company confirms that Miles Emley is to retire from the Board with effect from the close of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 27 January 2012. Miles has served as a Non-executive Director since 1998 and is currently a member of the Remuneration, Audit and Nomination Committees.
David Thompson, Chairman, commented:
