Marston's PLC: Annual Report and Associated Documents

Marston's PLC (the "Company") has today posted to shareholders and, in accordance with LR 9.6.1R, has submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, copies of the following documents:

·; 2011 Annual Report; 

·; Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 27th January 2012 ("AGM Notice");

·; Form of Proxy.

These documents will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. Copies of the above documents may also be obtained directly from the Company Secretary at the Company's registered office: Marston's House, Brewery Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4JT.

As required by DTR 6.3.5 R (3), the Company confirms that the Annual Report and AGM Notice are now available to view or download in pdf format from the Marston's PLC website: www.marstons.co.uk.
