BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

Manx Telecom plc (the "Company") announces that a block listing application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each in the Company to trading on AIM.

Admission is expected to become effective on 24 November 2015.

The shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Company's "SAYE" Share Option Plan and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
