Maintel Holdings Plc, a leading provider of cloud and managed communications services, announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at its offices at 160 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 8EZ, on 30 May 2023 at 2:00 p.m.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 31 December 2022, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted today, 4 May 2023, to those shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic communications.
