Maintel Holdings Plc ("Maintel" or "the Company")
Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company was notified on 31 July 2020 that on that date the Maintel Holdings Plc Share Incentive Plan (an all employee share purchase plan approved by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs) acquired 1,466 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company, representing 0.010 per cent of Maintel's issued share capital, at a price of 222p per share.
The attached notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail of the number of shares purchased under the Share Incentive Plan on 31 July 2020 for the beneficial interests of PDMRs R Grig, (which are held by the trustees of the Share Incentive Plan).
The Company notes that N J Taylor (N J Taylor being a PDMR), are trustees of the Share Incentive Plan although they are not beneficiaries in respect of this transaction.
