Maintel Holdings PLC31 May 2007 Maintel Holdings Plc ("Maintel" or "the Company") Directors' shareholdings On 31 May 2007 the Maintel Holdings Plc Share Incentive Plan (an all employeeshare purchase plan approved by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs) acquired1,242 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of theCompany, representing 0.01 per cent of Maintel's issued share capital at a priceof 224p per share. As a result of this purchase, T T Mason, N J Taylor and W DTodd, all being directors of Maintel as well as trustees of the Share IncentivePlan, are deemed to have increased their notifiable interest in the Company.
