Camana Bay, Cayman Island - 11 February 2022 - Mineral & Financial Investments ("M&FI" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted resources investment company, is very pleased to announce the results of its Annual General Meeting held earlier today.
Mineral & Financial Investments Ltd., a Cayman Island Corporation, which invests in and finances natural resource companies and assets, with a particular emphasis on mineral assets, advises that at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held today, all resolutions put to the Meeting were passed following a poll.
