MINERAL AND FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS LIMITED
Exercise of Options, PDMR Dealings and Total Voting Rights
George Town, Cayman Islands - 2 February 2022 - The Board of Mineral and Financial Investments Limited (LSE-AIM: MAFL) ("M&FI" or the "Company") confirms that it has today issued, conditional only on admission, 330,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. (the "New Shares"). These New Shares have been issued pursuant to an exercise of options over ordinary shares in the the Company at a price of 7.5p each.
The Company confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place on or around 8 February, 2022.
The options were held by PDMRs and associated PCAs and the details are set out below:

Disclosure and Transparency Rules
Following the admission of the New Shares, the total number of ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company in issue will be 35,465,395, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The figure of 35,465,395 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
