Change of Company Secretary

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ivor Gray as Company Secretary with immediate effect. This follows the resignation of Derek Quirk as Company Secretary to take up an external position.

Ivor has been with Macfarlane Group since 1996 and most recently as the Commercial Director in the Packaging Distribution business.
