Director's appointment and shareholding
Marechale Capital is pleased to announce that it is expected that Robin Black will be appointed to the Board as a Non-executive director with effect from 12 April 2011. Robin has experience both in private equity and as a director of a number of businesses.
Robin has purchased a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"): 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.75p per share on 24 March 2011; and 750,000 Ordinary Shares from Jon Pither, one of the Company's other directors, at a price of 2.0 pence per share on 25 March 2011. This results in Robin Black owning a total of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.12% of the Company's share capital, and Jon Pither owning 5,222,318 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.01%.
The Company's Directors together with Robin Black now own 33.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
