This disclosure relates to a transaction of which notification is required under paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

On 1 October 2015, Tim Jones exercised an option over 4,945 shares granted under the Mitchells & Butlers plc Sharesave Scheme grant dated 20 June 2012, at an exercise price of 182p per share. The resulting shares were retained.

Following this transaction, Tim Jones holds a total of 48,373 ordinary shares in Mitchells & Butlers plc.
