Mitchells & Butlers plc ("M&B" or the "Company") announces that, pursuant to the Open Offer announced on 15 February 2021 and the publication of the Company's combined circular and prospectus on 22 February 2021 (the "Prospectus"), the person listed below has subscribed for, and has had issued to him, ordinary shares in the capital of the Company under the terms of the Open Offer at the issue price of 210 pence per ordinary share, the results of which were announced on 11 March 2021.
