Lavendon Group PLC08 March 2007 LAVENDON GROUP PLC ("THE COMPANY") DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS The Company was notified today, that on 8 March 2007, in independenttransactions, three of its Non-Executive Directors, Tim Ross, David Hollywoodand John Standen, purchased ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares"). Tim Ross purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.9495 per OrdinaryShare, David Hollywood purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares at £3.9495 per OrdinaryShare and John Standen purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares at £3.93 per OrdinaryShare.
