Latchways PLC30 June 2006 30 June 2006 Latchways PLC Further to the announcement of 27 June 2006, Latchways PLC ("the Company")announces that the block listing application of 500,000 Ordinary Shares is inrespect of the following: 35,131 in relation to share options granted under the rules of the Approved Option Scheme; 60,277 in relation to share options granted under the rules of the Unapproved Option Scheme; and 404,592 in relation to share options granted under the rules of the Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.
