RIS ANNOUNCEMENT GIVING NOTICE OF THE EFFECTIVE DELISTING AND CANCELLATION OF TRADING OF THE GDRs

PJSC LSR Group – Effective removal of GDRs from the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and cancellation of trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange")
Further to its announcement on 21 June 2021, PJSC LSR Group (the "Company") hereby announces that:
all Regulation S global depositary receipts (ISIN US50218G2066); andall 144A global depositary receipts (ISIN US50218G1076),(together, the "GDRs"), representing interests in ordinary shares of the Company having a nominal value of RUB 0.25 nominal value each (with five GDRs representing an interest in one ordinary share), have today been removed from the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the admission to trading of the GDRs on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange has been cancelled.
