The Government of St. Petersburg acquires housing from LSR Group
LSR Group has won an electronic auction for the sale of apartments in St. Petersburg for the needs of the city. The company is to provide 260 one-bedroom apartments in Tsvetnoy Gorod with a total area of approximately 9,000 sqm. The amount of the government contract is almost RUB 620 million.
According to the auction results, the government contract will be concluded with the St. Petersburg Property Relations Committee for the construction of 260 fully finished apartments, which are currently under development, with the price per sqm amounting to RUB 66,200. The planned completion is no later than December 2018, and transfer to the customer no later than April 2019.
LSR Group is currently engaged in active construction of the first stages of the Tsvetnoy Gorod project. The first buildings will be completed in 2018. This project is the continuation of the new development initiative for the Krasnogvardeysky district that started with the another LSR Group's project - Novaya Okhta. New area - "a city within the city" - is to emerge in that part of St. Petersburg, on the bank of the Okhta River, with more than 2 million sqm of new housing.
