LSR Group starts pre-sales of apartments in another 3 buildings of our ZILART project in Moscow
LSR Group started pre-sales of apartments in another 3 buildings (LOT 4) of our residential project ZILART in Moscow. One-, two-, three- and four-room apartments with an area ranging from 39.1 sq. m up to 119.1 sq. m are currently available to the customers. The construction is to be completed in 2017. The price per square meter starts at RUB 150,000.
The LOT 4 comprises 3 buildings, 7-14 floors high, designed by the architectural bureau Mezonproekt. The height of the ground floor is 5.4 meters. The height of the apartments - 3.25 meters. One-room apartments with an area ranging from 39.8 to 49.7 sq. m, two-room apartments with an area ranging from 67.4 to 74 sq. m, three-room apartments with an area ranging from 84.4 to 100.4 sq. m and four-room apartments with an area of 119.1 sq. m are available for sale.
The complex of 3 buildings will be surrounded by the controlled access and vehicle-free grounds. There will be social amenities and commercial units on the ground floor of each building. Two-level underground parking designed for 200 parking spaces will be located under the site area.
The poured concrete technology is utilized for the construction of the buildings. The facades are made of clinker brick with ceramic tile decorative pieces and images of iconic ZIL vehicles thereon.

The new business class residential project ZILART is located just 5 km away from the historical centre of Moscow, on the bank of Moskva River. The project implies construction of more than 1.5 million square meters of real estate, including 950 thousand square meters of housing along with the required social and cultural infrastructure. ZILART boasts an easy transportation access. In 2015, a new metro station Tekhnopark will open near the construction site. In 2016, a new transfer hub ZIL is to be put into operation here as a part of the "small ring" of the Moscow railway.
