LSR Group executes put option for its Series-03 bonds

OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX-RTS: LSRG) completed buy-back of its Series-03 interest-bearing non-convertible bonds with mandatory safekeeping.

Identification number 4-03-55234-Е as of 02.11.2011.The total amount of bonds submitted was 500 000. The total amount of transaction was RUB

515 620 000 including the accrued interest.

The bonds were bought back in accordance with the Public Offer as of 08 November 2013.
