LSR Group completes Tri Vetra project in St. Petersburg
LSR Group has completed three buildings in its business-class residential project Tri Vetra located in Primorsky District of St. Petersburg. The three buildings - Mistral, Breeze and Norte - comprise 758 apartments with the total area exceeding 90 th sqm.
As of today more than 80% of the apartments have been pre-sold in the project. A few apartments with the area ranging from 36 to 178 sqm are still available for sale with the price per sqm starting at RUB 124,000.
Tri Vetra was built on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, not far from the intersection of Savushkina Street and Primorskoe Highway. It is not far from Lakhta Center skyscraper and a half an hour drive away from the historic center of St. Petersburg.
