LSR Group completes Sofia project in St. Petersburg
LSR Group has completed construction of its comfort-class project Sofia in Frunzensky District of St. Petersburg. The last buildings Nos. 22 and 23 comprise 520 apartments with the total area exceeding 45 th sqm. The apartments are to be transferred to customers before September 30, 2018.
The whole project comprises 22 buildings with the total area of circa 466 th sqm, including over 308 th sqm of housing, constructed on a land plot previously occupied by one of the company's industrial production facilities. The construction took four years. The total number of apartments in Sofia is 5,819, almost all of them were pre-sold. A few apartments are still available for sale with the price per sqm starting at RUB 101.5 thousand.
The project is located in Frunzensky District of St. Petersburg and benefits from the well-developed social infrastructure of the district. The city's government plans to build 2 kindergartens for 220 and 160 children as well as a school for 825 students on the territory of the project in future.
