LSR Group completes Cinema project in St. Petersburg

LSR Group has completed construction of a residential complex Cinema located in Kalininskiy District of St. Petersburg. The company completed four buildings comprising 1,187 apartments with the total area exceeding 64,000 sqm.

The completed buildings are 98% pre-sold. However a few apartments with the area ranging from 38 to 108 sqm are still available for sale, with the price per sqm starting at RUB 85,500.

Cinema project represents comfort-class residential buildings well located in the heart of the residential area, away from bustling Marshal Blucher Prospect. The project offers such amenities as landscaped adjacent territories, playgrounds and sports areas, a recreation area and open-air parking lots.

Cinema Project boasts an advantageous location near Lesnaya Subway Station, next to the main transport routes of the Kalininskiy District. Piskarevka Railway Station is within 15 minutes walking distance. The Ring Road is a five minute drive away.
