Date and agenda of Board of Directors

OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX, RTS: LSRG) announces meeting of the Board of Directors on March 5, 2014 with the following agenda:

1. Review of proposals to nominate candidates to the governing and supervisory bodies of OJSC LSR Group for election at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Inclusion of the candidates in the voting ballots for election to the governing and supervisory bodies.

2. Review of items to be included in the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC LSR Group. Inclusion of the items in the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

3. Transactions' approval in accordance with the Company's Charter.
