ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE
OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX-RTS: LSRG), hereafter - the "Company", a leading Russian real estate development, construction and building materials company, publishes its Annual Information Update for the period from 28 April 2011 up to and including 2 May 2012. The Company published its annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2011 on 2 April 2012.Â
In accordance with Prospectus Rule 5.2, the following information and documents were published, or made available to the public in compliance with relevant laws and regulations since 28 April 2011.
