Notice of Annual General Meeting, Form of Proxy and Annual Report

The Local Shopping REIT plc ("the Company") confirms that the notice and form of proxy for the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 2 March 2017, together with the printed version of its annual report for the year ended 30 September 2016, have been mailed to the Company's members.

These documents are also available on the Company's web site: www.localshoppingreit.co.uk. Copies of the documents will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at: www.hemscott.co/nsm 

The Company announced its results for the year ended 30 September 2016 on 12 December 2016.
