Directorate Changes

The Local Shopping REIT ("LSR" or the "Company"), announces the resignation of Mr William Heaney as a Director of the Company. Mr Heaney will continue as LSR's Company Secretary.

The Company also announces the appointment of Mr Brett Miller as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 12 December 2016. Mr Miller will sit on the Board's Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Mr Miller has been an executive director of Damille Investments II Limited since 2011, which as at 6 December 2016 held 22.18% of the issued share capital of LSR. He is also a non-executive director of M&L Property & Assets plc and Manchester and London Investment Trust plc and he was previously a director of the following companies:

China Growth Opportunities Limited

Rapid Realisations Fund Limited

Loudwater Trust Limited

Gledhow Investments plc

EIH plc

Save for the directorships listed above, there is no information to disclose relating to Mr Miller under Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
