Director Declaration

This announcement replaces the Director Declaration released at 15:10 on 5 March 2009 under RNS 3959O, which incorrectly described the insolvency status of the named companies. The full text of the replacement announcement appears below.

This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.

Further to the regulatory announcements released by the Company on 2 March 2009, John Grahame Whateley, the Chairman and a non-executive director of the Company, has confirmed to the Company that fixed charge receivers were appointed by holders over the following companies, of which he is an executive director, on 5 March 2009:

Wellingborough Engineering Limited; 

Castlemore (Temple Quay 7) Limited;

Spring Rugeley Limited;

Wigston Investments Limited.

In addition, Mr Whateley has reported that Castlemore Edinburgh Limited has entered into administrative receivership, also on 5 March 2009.
