Director Declaration

This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.

Further to regulatory announcements made in February and March 2009 regarding the Castlemore group of companies, John Grahame Whateley, the Chairman and a non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Company of the following events in respect of companies of which he is an executive director:

Castlemore Sydenham Limited was placed into liquidation on 15 June 2009;

Castlemore Ranger 3 Limited was placed into liquidation on 1 July 2009;

Castlemore Ventures Limited was placed into administration 1 July 2009.
