NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that LSL Property Services plc was notified on 2nd May 2014, that the following transaction took place in relation to the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme (SAYE).
The SAYE is an all-employee scheme approved by HM Revenue and Customs.
Pursuant to the SAYE launched in 2011, employees were entitled to buy ordinary shares in the Company of 0.2p each at a price of ÂĢ2.57.
The following Executive Directors exercised their option to acquire ordinary shares of 0.2p, at a price of ÂĢ2.57 per ordinary share on the dates set out below:
