Dealing by Directors 

LSL announces that Bill Shannon, a Non Executive Director, acquired 10,000 ordinary £0.02p shares in LSL on 26th November 2014 at a price of 293 pence per share. Bill Shannon also acquired 561 shares on 16th September 2014 at a price of 360 pence per share, as part of a dividend re-investment plan. Following these transactions, Bill Shannon holds an interest of 20,561 shares representing 0.02 per cent of the issued share capital of LSL.

LSL was informed of the above transactions on 26th November 2014.
