NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that LSL Property Services plc was notified on 3rd June 2014, that the following transaction took place in relation to the Company's Share Incentive Plan on 2nd June 2014.
The SIP is an all-employee trust arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which employees are able to buy ordinary shares in the Company of 0.2p each, using deductions from his salary in each monthly pay period. The SIP Trustees (Capita IRG Trustees Limited) acquired 1921 ordinary shares by purchase in the market on 2nd June 2014 at a total cost of £8,041 and allocated them to employees participating in the SIP partnership shares.
The following Executive Director purchased ordinary shares of 0.2p, at a price of £4.19 per ordinary share.
