In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that LSL was notified on 5th April 2016 that Jon Round, a PDMR, on 5th April 2016 sold 5,000 ordinary 0.2p shares in the Company at a price of 290p per share. Following this transaction, Jon Round's total shareholding in LSL is 211,481 shares (0.2%).

This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.
