London Stock Exchange Group plc ("LSEG") today announces that Douglas Steenland has stepped down as Non-Executive Director of the Board of LSEG with immediate effect.
This follows the completion of the sale by BCP York Holdings (Delaware) L.P., York Holdings II Limited and York Holdings III Limited of shares in LSEG on 11 September 2023 and is in accordance with the terms of the Relationship Agreement between LSEG and entities owned by certain investment funds affiliated with Blackstone, an affiliate of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, an affiliate of GIC Special Investments Pte. Ltd, and by Thomson Reuters, the former Refinitiv shareholders.
