LANCASHIRE HOLDINGS LIMITED 10 July 2014London, UK Exercise of Warrants and issue of equity Lancashire Holdings Limited (the "Company") has today applied for 2,829,210 newcommon shares of US$0.50 each in the Company ("New Shares") to be admitted tothe Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Marketof the London Stock Exchange plc. The New Shares were issued and allotted todaypursuant to exercises of warrants to purchase the Company's common shares at anexercise price of US$5.00. It is expected that admission will be effective anddealings will commence with effect from 15 July 2014. Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company's issued share capitalconsists of 192,112,598 common shares of US$0.50 each, of which 1,908,088common shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of CommonShares in issue with voting rights (excluding shares held in Treasury) is190,204,510.
