Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total issued share capital of Laird PLC as at 31 January 2016 consists of 271,316,963 ordinary shares of 28.125 pence each with one voting right per share. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Laird PLC is 271,316,963. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Laird PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
