Notification of Board Changes

Laird PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes to the roles and responsibilities of two of its Non-Executive Directors.

Mike Parker, the Senior Independent Director, succeeds Jack Boyer as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting. Mike Parker was appointed as a non-executive director of the Company on 3 March 2015 and is a member of the Nomination, Audit and Remuneration Committee.

As previously announced, Jack Boyer retired as a Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the today's Annual General Meeting.
