Additional Listing

Applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading respectively for a total of 3,228,079 ordinary shares of 28.125 pence each credited as fully paid (the "Shares") in Laird PLC (the "Company").

The Shares will be issued in satisfaction of the consideration due under the terms of the acquisition of Novero, as announced on 18 December 2015.

It is expected that admission will be effective on 22 January 2016. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
