LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, announces that, on 13 May 2021, it received notification of a transfer of a portion of shares held by Peter Pollock, Chairman of the Company, from his SIPP account to an ISA account in his name. Peter Pollock transferred 265,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 68p per share.
Following the transfer, the shareholding of Peter Pollock in the Company remains unchanged, representing 6.74 percent of the Company's current issued share capital.
The Directors of the Company take responsibility for this announcement.
