Board Reorganisation

Further to the announcement of 21 June 2018, LPA Group plc ("LPA" or the "Group"), the high reliability LED lighting and electro-mechanical system manufacturer and distributor, confirms a reorganisation of the Board with immediate effect.

· Paul Curtis has been appointed to the Board as an executive Director and Chief Operating Officer.

·  Peter Pollock, formerly Chief Executive, is appointed Chairman. It is expected that Paul Curtis will be promoted to Chief Executive Officer in due course, at which point Peter will move to Non-Executive status.

· Michael Rusch becomes Group President, remaining non-executive Director.

· Len Porter remains Senior Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. 

· Chris Buckenham remains as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.

· It is expected that a further non-executive Director will be appointed in due course.

Notes:

Paul Curtis joined Channel Electric Equipment Limited ("LPA Channel"), LPA's highly successful distribution and manufacturing business, as an apprentice in September 1988 and achieved an MBA. He has fulfilled engineering and sales management roles during his career. He served as Sales and Marketing Director of LPA Connection Systems from 2007 to 2010, before returning to LPA Channel as Managing Director, when he became a member of the Group Executive, reporting to the Group Chief Executive. Following his appointment to Chief Operating Officer, the Group Executive will report to him.

Other than as set out below, there are no matters that are required to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment of Paul Vincent Curtis (aged 46):

As at the date of this announcement, Mr Curtis holds 38,300 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.31% of its issued ordinary share capital.
