Transaction in Own Shares

Lookers announces that it has purchased for cancellation (through Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") acting as the Company's broker) the following number of its ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") each on the London Stock Exchange pursuant to the share buyback programme it announced on 18 October 2022 (the "Share Buyback Programme").

Following the purchase and cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 382,937,616 Ordinary Shares in issue. All of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and there are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. This figure 382,937,616 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended), the table below contains aggregated and detailed information of the individual trades made by Peel Hunt as part of the Share Buyback Programme.
