Proposed Hostile Directors Withdraw
LonZim ( AIM : LZM ) is pleased to announce that in relation to the hostile call for an EGM of the Company, previously announced on the 22nd April 2009, to alter the investment mandate and replace the existing executive directors of the Company, it has today been informed that Mt Brett Miller and Mr Rhys Davies, who had been proposed as new Directors of the company, have withdrawn from being nominated.
