Lonrho Africa PLC11 May 2007 Lonrho Plc ("Lonrho" or "the Company") Name change from Lonrho Africa Plc Following approval from shareholders at the Company's AGM, Lonrho Africa Plc haschanged its name to Lonrho Plc effective from 10 May 2007. David Lenigas, Lonrho's Executive Chairman and Chief Executive, commented: "The change back to the original Lonrho name is consistent with ourdetermination to build on the strong reputation and recognition that the Lonrhobrand enjoys in Africa.
