Lonrho (AIM: LONR) announces that it was today informed by Emma Priestley, an Executive Director of the Company, that, further to her exercise of 1,250,000 options as announced on 16 February 2011, on 23 February 2011 Ms Priestley sold 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a price of 16.5 pence per share. Following this Ms Priestley holds an interest in 40,712 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.003% of the Company's issued share capital.
