Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 29 April 2013 of the following transactions:

Simon Thomas, an Executive Director, exercised options over 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Shares) that were awarded to him on 31 July 2009 at a grant price of 56.5p per share. The option was exercised in full and the shares were sold;

Andrew Jacobs, an Executive Director, exercised options over 50,000 Shares that were awarded to him on 31 July 2009 at a grant price of 56.5p per share. The option was exercised in full and the shares were sold; and

Ray Davies, an Executive Director, exercised options over 15,000 Shares that were awarded to him on 31 July 2009 at a grant price of 56.5p per share. The option formed part of a 50,000 option award. The shares were sold.

The above transactions were carried out on 29 April 2013 at a price of 125.0p per share.

Following these transactions the Directors interests in the issued share capital of the Company are:

Simon Thomas, 2,106,385 shares, representing 8.59%;

Andrew Jacobs, 5,254,000 shares, representing 21.42%; and

Ray Davies, 42,247 shares, representing 0.17%.
