Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 30 August 2023 that Simon Thomas, Non-Executive Director, has sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 7.314 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction, Simon Thomas' interest in the Company decreases to 1,282,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.9 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
