Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 25 April 2013 that Richard Holmes, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 124.5p per share on 25 April 2013. Mr Holmes purchased a further 57,500 Shares at 125.0p per share on 29 April 2013.

Following the transactions Mr Holmes' total interest in the Company is 268,500 Shares, representing 1.09% of the Company's total issued share capital.

The Company was also notified on 25 April 2013 that Charles Peal, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 124.5p per share on 25 April 2013. Mr Peal purchased a further 57,500 Shares at 125.0p per share on 29 April 2013.

Following the transactions Mr Peal's total interest in the Company is 255,000 Shares, representing 1.04% of the Company's total issued share capital.
