Director Dealing and Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that today Ray Davies, Group Finance Director and Colin Jacobs, Acquisitions Director exercised options over, and subsequently sold 100,000 and 30,245 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") respectively at a price of 330 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Exercise" and the "Sale").
Following the Exercise and the Sale, Mr. Davies' and Mr. Jacobs' shareholdings remain unchanged at 45,993 and 27,500, representing 0.17 per cent and 0.10 per cent of the Company's total voting rights respectively.
Following the Exercise, the issued share capital of the Company is 29,109,322 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of which 2,466,869 are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding Treasury shares will therefore be 26,642,453 (the 'Figure').
The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
