Director's shareholding
The Company has been notified that Mr John Greenall, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 62,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.18 per cent. of the issued voting share capital. The Ordinary Shares were purchased at 8 pence per share.Â
Following the above purchase, Mr Greenall holds 85,380 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.24 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.Â
