Director's shareholding
The Company has been notified that Mr John Greenall, Chairman of the Company, has today purchasedΒ 62,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent toΒ 0.18Β per cent. of the issued voting share capital. The Ordinary Shares were purchased atΒ 8Β pence per share.Β
Following the above purchase, Mr Greenall holdsΒ 85,380 Ordinary Shares, equivalent toΒ 0.24Β per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.Β
