DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING
LogicaCMG Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust ("the Trust")
In accordance with reporting requirements agreed with the UK Listing Authority, LogicaCMG plc ("LogicaCMG") announces that it received notification on 1 March 2007 of the following exercise of options:-

The Trust is a discretionary trust which was established in September 1990 for the benefit of the Company's employees. It has an independent professional trustee and is currently financed by the Company and its subsidiaries. The Trust purchases shares on The London Stock Exchange, in conjunction with the Company's "all employee" and "discretionary" share option schemes.
Following the above transactions, the Trust has an interest in 6,778,924 ordinary shares representing 0.44% of LogicaCMG's issued share capital, in which each of the directors of LogicaCMG is deemed to be interested.
