LogicaCMG today announces a change to the Board

Didier Herrmann, who joined the LogicaCMG Board following the acquisition of Unilog, has today been asked to step down from the Board and will do so with immediate effect.

Aydin Azernour, Patrick Guimbal and Torsten Strass will continue to have operational responsibility for the businesses in France and Germany respectively.

Didier played an important role in the integration of Unilog. In 2006, the Unilog business delivered over ‚£65 million of cross-selling orders and ‚£10 million of cost savings. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Didier for his contribution to the business.

There is no further update to the trading announcement made last week.
